You’ve perfected your pizza, now it’s time to slide it into the oven. Designed with tapered edges and perforations, this pizza peel by Ooni is primed for the job of keeping all your toppings on (wherever you fall on the pineapple debate is up to you) and making sure your base is cooked all the way through. Crafted from anodised aluminium, it’s super smooth so launching and retrieving everything from your classic Margarita to Neopolitan is easy.
