Such a refreshing and lively flavour of the Gavi di Gavi Rovereto is down to the natural minerals in the Gavi terroir; the soil that lines the vineyard. Crisp with white peach and citrus flavours, this wine has a fresh acidity that comes from the grapes, especially selected for maximum ripeness and flavour.
