Prestat’s founder Master Chocolatier Antoine Dufour’s family invented the chocolate truffle in 1895, it’s fair to say it knows how to whip up an irresistible batch. Combining a French invention with a classic English tipple, it marries a milk-chocolate shell with a white chocolate ganache infused with sweet rhubarb and spicy ginger gin to create these truffles. Enjoy them accompanied by steaming cups of tea or bitter espressos.
