Mary Weber Novak planted grapes on the Spottswoode Estate in 1972 and began bottling wines ten years later. Spanning 40 lush acres of mineral-rich land, the family-owned winery’s grand cru vineyard is undoubtedly one of California’s finest. This sauvignon blanc is all the proof you need of that. Fermented in French oak, stainless steel barrels, a clay amphora, and ceramic cuvées, it's an eminently drinkable white wine with a rich, textural palate.
