Beginning his career as an expert tailor in 2010, Australian designer Christopher Esber has since become recognised for figure-skimming, slinky garments that showcase his favoured craft in another light. His latest creation? The Fran dress. Knitted in a stretchy, ribbed fabric, the midi is cut to a slim silhouette that begins at an asymmetric neckline, finished with a back cut-out. It’s perfectly suited to an event at Sydney’s Opera House, followed by some drinks at the harbour, of course.
