Shack starts with three separate rums from Barbados, Trinidad and Guatemala aged for a minimum of five years to blend the liquor housed inside this bottle dedicated to The Goddess of Life. The next step is maceration which happens for three weeks with grade-A orange, lemon and vanilla botanicals alongside cane sugar molasses in old sherry casks. Amber in colour, the result is a citrussy flavour reminiscent of sweet pastries and bakes.
