Cured for a minimum of 36 months in the drying houses of Herreruela, the exceptional hams of Extrem Puro Extremadura are obtained from the hind legs of purebred Iberian pigs that are fed on acorns and wild grass. With white marbling threaded through the red ham, each hand-cut piece is juicy and tender, complex and intense. Put simply, these hams are one of the jewels of Spanish cuisine. Enjoy a box of 10 with ham, shoulder ham, loin, chorizo and salchichon which arrives beautifully presented in an illustrated cover.
