Up to 10 years is needed to complete a bottle like this one, dubbed “Luminous Freshness”. It allows for complex notes of ginger, candied citrus and quince to build on the nose, bolstered by richer hints of lemon meringue tart, brioche and honey throughout the palate; that’s something to raise a glass to.
