The Lost Explorer was founded with two aims. Firstly, to become the most sustainable mezcal brand in the world; and secondly, to inspire people to discover the diversity of agave. Its Salmiana expression is foraged from the wild agave species of the same name and handcrafted in small batches by award-winning mezcal maker Don Fortino Ramos. It’s the brand’s most herbaceous offering, with notes of grapefruit peel, fresh green chilli, and agave after rainfall.
