Rémy Martin's luxury brandies are blends of the finest eaux de vie, which are distilled from grapes in the Petite Champagne and Grande Champagne districts of the Cognac region. The fertile, chalky soil of this part of south-western France encourages strong vine growth and contributes to the uniquely rich flavours of a Rémy Martin cognac. Products are aged in a number of different oak casks, with a combination of young and old barrels imparting added complexity to the palate.

First created by cellar master André Giraud back in 1981, a Rémy Martin XO brings together up to 400 different eaux for a potent taste with fresh summer fruits, floral aromas and hints of cinnamon and hazelnut.
