    The Craven estate is run by husband-and-wife team Mick and Jeanine Craven, from Australia and South Africa respectively. This clairette blanche stems from the latter country (the region of Stellenbosch, to be precise), with grapes harvested from isolated (and organically farmed) vineyards so that they can more accurately represent its unique soils and microclimates. Minimally disturbed during the production process, it's able to shine all the more with notes of floral and fruity notes, plus good acidity and a hint of lime and peach.
