    The second spirit by The Salford Rum Company inspired by the alcohol’s arrival in the UK through Manchester’s docks during the 1900s, this dark spice rum is a blend of Caribbean rums. Matured in ex-Bourbon and American white-oak casks for up to 8 years, the result is swirled with a sprinkling of vanilla, coconut, burnt caramel and spicy cloves. Sure, you can mix it into cocktails, but we’d serve it over ice or with a splash of water.
