The Niedrist family have owned the Ignaz estate for over 170 years, so you can rest assured that their wines – like this Terlaner sauvignon blanc – are each impeccable expressions. In the heart of the Cornaiano in South Tyrol, the region’s German and Italian heritage informs the winemaking process. Aromas of herbs, gooseberry and apricot fill the nose, spreading to the freshly acidic palate with a long finish that lingers with every sip.
