You don’t have to be a master of chess to don these Checkerboard hoops from London-based label Astrid & Miyu; you just need to know a thing or two about the coveted brand. Starting out in ’12, founder Connie Nam has since revolutioned the jewellery industry with trinkets inspired from her native Seoul and travels around the world. Cast from gleaming 14-carat yellow gold-plated brass, these little hoops are striking enough to stand alone, but you can stack them up, too.
