The Puech-Haut estate is represented by Gérard Bru, a man who knew where his passion lay and so swapped his life as industrialist so he could return to work on the land. There wasn’t a single grape to be seen when he first started, but now his vineyard is one of the largest in the Languedoc-Roussillon region and caters to this clean and crisp Argali rosé. The complex bouquet of citrus, tropical and white fruits on the nose is balanced with a palate of white peach, strawberries and florals.
