Nestled in the region of Mosel, the Fritz Haag winery dates back to 1810, no less, and is the proud producer of the Brauneberger Juffer Sonnenuhr Riesling Auslese. Whilst the name nods to the sun dial-shaped vineyard, the flavour profile is balanced, sweet and bright with acidity. The aromas of apricot, peach, honey and candid fruit provide a full-bodied flavour on the palette and pairs perfectly with fruity desserts, pastry and a tangy cheese board.
