Before long, they moved back home to London and founded Shima, feeling dutybound to introduce the UK to the popular Japanese drink. This plum and hibiscus blend is one of the canned cocktails the mixologist duo concocts. Expect a slightly tannic, bubbly tipple bursting with bright floral and zesty notes.
