Take it from Selfridges Selection; a rich, boozy fruit cake is a year-round kind of treat that's always a welcome accompaniment to a cup of tea. Handmade in Leceistershire by esteemed baker Fiona Cairns, our own iteration is indulgently moist and is made with lashings of vine fruits, glacé cherries, seasonal spices and a generous glug of Oak Cross whisky. We can’t wait to enjoy a slice in the sunshine with fresh cream drizzled on top.
