With exceptional cutting properties, the blade is made using the SIGMAFORGE process, precision forged from one piece of steel for impeccable geometry. The three-rivet handle with full tang delivers optimum balance, safety and easy cutting. The high-tip blade is handy to cut out bones and to remove fat and sinews.
