Maison Boucheron tells the tale of its founder and his workshop manager playing with a peacock feather to spawn ideas in 1883, but the original iteration of the Plume de Paon ring dates even further back. Originally launched in the 1860s, the ornate silhouette of this ostentatious style is now carefully carved from 18-carat white gold for its modern incarnation, set with a luxurious mix of rose and round-cut diamonds that adorn the feathers.
