First-time growers Chateau Latour has made waves since introducing its Pauillac due largely to its bombastic flavours, and the 2010 vintage is no different. Regular sippers of Pauillac will already know how in-demand this wine is, thanks to the meticulous production methods (and the label knows how to get a crowd excited). Full-bodied opulence is found in the aromas of cherry, graphite, licorice, spice and leather.
