You can find the Château Durfort-Vivens within Bordeaux’s Margaux appellation; once visited by Thomas Jefferson before he became President, the estate is today overseen by Gonzague Lurton who is working on converting it to using sustainable and biodynamic practices. This 2015 red wine is a blend of cabernet sauvignon and merlot that explodes on the palate with red fruits, vanilla and oak.
