• Application: Eyes - Highlight the eyes with glittering iridescence by applying ChromaLuxe Hi-Lite Cream to the lid, inner corners or brow bone. Apply with a flat brush or fingertip in sparkling layers until reaching the desired level of illumination. Lips - Apply ChromaLuxe Hi-Lite Cream on top of any MatteTrance Lipstick for a diamond-sparkle highlight effect. Use a fingertip to swipe the CHROMALUXE Hi-Lite Cream onto the lips or use a fluffy brush to highlight the cupid’s bow. Face -Illuminate the skin by applying ChromaLuxe Hi-Lite Cream. Use a Skin Fetish 003 Brush to softly apply ChromaLuxe Hi-Lite Cream to the high points of the face. Use the brush or fingers to build the opacity until reaching the desired level of shimmer
