A particularly unique sparkling wine, the Norway Black Cloudberry from VIP, has a distinctly fruity taste. A perfect blend of Organic sparkling Pinot & nutritious extract of wild Norwegian Crowberries (hence the name), the cloudberries are hand-picked and then placed in organic alcohol to deepen the flavour. After several months, the berries are squeezed and filtered. It makes for a wonderful aperitif and pairs perfectly with seafood, tapas, wild game meats and sweet desserts.
