Pinkster raspberry gin jam 280g

Keen forager Stephen, Pinkster’s founder and creator, played around with sloe liqueurs and other concoctions for years, however, when he turned his hand to pink gin it quickly caught the attention of drinks connoisseurs across the country. Not content with a tasty tipple alone, he puts the boozy berry by-product to good use too. Soaked in gin, the raspberries are packed into jars of scrumptious tea-time jam to minimise waste where possible throughout the spirit production line – three cheers to that.
