Bailly Lapierre’s Crémant de Bourgogne is a “Blanc de Blancs” made exclusively from white chardonnay grapes hand-picked from vines in the Burgundy region by over 430 winegrowers. In fact, Lapierre's caves were the birthplace of the AOC Crémant de Bourgogne, and it's been making sparkling wines in an underground quarry since 1972. This expression boasts a well-rounded flesh and fruitiness with notes of apple, pear and grapefruit character, which complements fish dishes perfectly.
