• Application: apply liberally 15 minutes before sun exposure. Re-apply every two hours, after sweating or swimming. Not enough sunscreen means less sun protection. Limit time in the sun, over-exposure is a serious health threat even if you use sunscreen. Keep children out of direct sunlight.
