Larry Cherubino wants his wines to be distinctive and to speak clearly of their variety and vineyard site, and this Shiraz is a fine expression. Meticulous attention to detail is poured into each bottle, with fruit that’s hand-picked from sites across Frankland River and then aged in barrels to enhance it with subtle oak complexity. Nuances of dark berries, blueberries and cherries are balanced with gentle, aromatic spices for a medium-bodied, silky finish on the palate.
