Even on first sniff, this Cypres de Climens barsac is alive with wildly fruity and citrus notes. It’s lighter and sweeter than the first wine made by the house, with deep marmalade flavours filling the palate. There’s a little bit of spice around the edges, with honey notes and balanced acidity in between. With all that sweetness in mind, try it as an after-dinner drink when you serve dessert.
