Château Coutet has been in the Baly family since 1977 and is one of the largest properties in Barsac. Therefore, it will come as no surprise that the Sauternes in question is highly revered. Perfectly paired with fruity deserts or blue cheese, it’s dubbed a ‘pretty’ tipple with complex citrus, lime zest, orange blossom and white peach aromas. Flavours of dried apricots and mango coat the palette and there’s a lingering of spice for the finish.
