The City Gommino loafers from Tod’s are, perhaps unsurprisingly, built for the city. And, for us at least, they call to mind a very particular type of city: with cobbled streets, busy piazzas and small restaurants where you run into friends. They’re penny loafers, with pebbling at the heel. Wear with big bold socks or, as the Italians do, with no socks at all (though we suggest invisible socks are the best option here).
