Run by the Fonseca family for over five generations, it operates using a unique dual distillation process to create perfectly-formed tipples like its delicate Tequila Blanco. This is made from blue agave that’s aged for 10 years as it grows in the terroir’s rich red soil, then harvested. The new spirit is then rested in stainless steel before bottling, creating a sweet and savoury finish with notes of tangerine, pepper, smoky grass and vanilla.
