When Sebastian Alois Prüm inherited vineyards in the German region of Mosel, he dreamt up the now iconic winery Joh.Jos.Prüm. Today, it’s run by his grandson Manfred, who produces bottles like the Bernkasteler Badstube 2018 riesling. With notes of lime cordial and lemon zest on the nose, it leaves you with a peach and apricot palette making this one ideal for balmy summer evenings.
