When it comes to gin-making, McQueen and The Violet Fog make its own rulebook. Crafted in the hills of Jundiaí in Brazil, the distillery produces its unique spirits in small 500-litre batches and infuses them with a secret blend of 21 botanicals like basil, rosemary, fennel seed, star anise and acai. To deliver the unique flavour profile, it starts by macerating 15 botanicals in neutral sugarcane and then finishes with six signature botanicals via vapour infusion through a copper basket.
