Since 1984 Prada’s nylon backpack has remained a cult ‘It’ bag, the only thing that could make it cooler is if it were made from recycled materials. As if by magic the Italian label’s Re-Nylon collection launches at The Corner Shop this month and the backpack with it. It still has all the familiar trappings of the iconic style – pockets, leather trims and, of course, the triangular logo – only this time the nylon is made from regenerated ocean plastics.
