The Dalmore's master distiller Richard Paterson OBE chooses four of the brand's most spectacular years, coinciding with key moments in its history, within this limited-edition set. 1979 pays homage to a strong relationship with sherry bodega González Byass, whose casks it uses for maturation. 1980 saw Richard Paterson's arrival and the start of his tutelage under the last of the Mackenzie family distillers. 1995 marks the introduction of the bell-shaped bottle and, finally, 2000 was the first Scottish whisky to be distilled in the new millennium. Get ready to snap yours up—there are only 25 in the world.
