- Application: apply Brightening CC Foundation, starting in the centre of the face and blending outwards. For a sheer tint, apply 1 pump and with a fluffy brush blend in circular motions. For a light/medium coverage, apply 2 pumps and use a flat foundation brush or a sponge.
