Don Fulano comes from Los Altos – Jalisco’s blue-tinged, soaring highlands. Run by the Fonseca family for over five generations, it operates using a unique dual distillation process to create perfectly-formed tipples like its velvety Imperial extra-añejo tequila. The oldest expression in its range, it’s aged for 5-12 years before being finished in an Oloroso sherry cask, producing a smooth, complex finish with notes of spices, fruity cocoa, sweet caramel, dark fruit and subtle herbs.
