You can taste the history of Gosset in every glass of this Blanc de Blanc champagne; the family has been growing and crafting in Aÿ since 1584. Housed in the same style bottle since the 1800s, the cuvée has a lot to say for itself. On the nose you’ll inhale both mineral and floral notes with citrus fruits, honey and star anise. Couple that with a toastiness on the palette and a silky finish and you can see why it’s so critically acclaimed.

The vineyards are located around the village of Wettolsheim and they are working towards full organic viticulture. This Vendages Tardif is very floral and full of turkish delights and that classic Gewurztraminer spice. Gingerbread and marmalade come through on the palate - about as classic as it gets.
