Because NARS has launched its new Soft Matte Complete foundation, and it's set to leave complexions shine-free and sweat-proof. Formulated with a Hydramatte Balancing complex, the foundation coats skin with a buildable, second-skin finish while balancing excess sebum for up to 16 hours. Oh, and if that's not enough, it also uses bio hyaluronic acid to hydrate and prevent pores from drying.
