Block the invisible UV components of light
ZEISS T* UV Filters block the invisible UV components of light from the sky, which can cause blur, loss of contrast or blue color cast. The correct color reproduction in normal daylight illumination spectrum remains unchanged.
Suppress color cast
The ZEISS T* UV Filters will reliably suppress any color cast caused by an unusually high UV radiation in the light, e.g. in high altitudes (in the mountains), by the sea and in regions with very clean air.
Anti-reflective coating
The T* UV Filters featuring the T* anti-reflective coating from ZEISS provide optimal protection for the front element of your lens. We recommend to use the ZEISS T* UV
Filters at all times for protection purposes.
