Butler’s is an Irish institution. For nearly 90 years now, the company has been working from the same recipes (having made some new ones along the way, of course) in the same city. Which meansthere are now several generations of Irish people (and non-Irish people) who have been giving and receiving the samechocolates (such as, ahem, those contained in this Valentine's baton) to their hearts’ desires on February 14th.
