While you might initially think the Della Vite Prosecco Superiore is named after its founders Chloe, Poppy and Cara Delevingne, it’s actually the Italian term for “of the vine”. Based in Northern Italy’s Prosecco region of Valdobbiadene, the Biasotto’s winery, Foss Marai, grows the Glera grapes on 40-year-old vines that are hand-picked to produce every bottle of fizz. Sparkling with notes of citrus blossom and olive, this vegan tipple complements plates of figs and honey as well as fresh rocket salads.
