Single Vintage rum 2008 700ml

For many reasons, the Single Vintage 2008 rum is a celebrated vintage in Diplomatico's Prestige range. Crafted from a selection of rum reserves, it’s distilled in copper pot stills and then aged in ex-bourbon barrels and single malt whisky casks for twelve years. That’s a long time for the flavours (coffee, dark chocolate, and vanilla, to name a few) to develop, but it doesn’t stop there. It’s then finished in Oloroso sherry casks, where the fruity notes ripen on the nose.
