English vineyard
Coolhurst looks to the Côtes de Provence for its rosé. Harvesting a blend of cinsault, grenache and syrah grapes from the best terroirs and fruits from the shallow schist and loam soils in the Maures mountains, it produces a pale wine with golden orange highlights. On the nose, alight fresh aromas of summer flowers and citrus fruit, while on the palate, it’s abundant and creamy with bursts of strawberries, peach, and pears, finishing with a zing of lemon.
