The brand behind these popular shoes was launched by Georgian sisters Gvantsa and Nina Macharashvili in Tbilisi in 2012. Its speciality? Occasion shoes for women involving high-octane glitz and glamour. The label creates designs with a futuristic decorative aesthetic – sharp lines, sculptural heels and luscious diamanté embellishments. This luxury footwear is made in Italy from fine materials and the craftsmanship is as important as the visual allure.

As well as several Selfridges exclusives, our collection of women's evening shoes from Mach & Mach includes vertiginous stiletto sandals (giving new meaning to "car to bar" heels) delicate mules and ballet pumps, all finished with the label's statement crystal-embellished double bow and floral decorations. In our selection, heeled slippers crafted from supple leather, soft silk and lustrous satin sit alongside more radical materials like PVC.
