    A quick look at these dainty hoops from Bulgari and you might struggle to guess what inspired them, though their name, Serpenti, might give it away. Carved from shimmering 18-carat rose gold and set with sparkling diamonds alongside panels of mother-of-pearl, the stepped silhouette of these earrings was actually made to mimic the coil of a viper before it strikes. Frightening. We’ll be showing them off under a low pony with similar styles layered along each ear.
