From sewing her first pieces in her parent’s attic, designer Lucy Tighe has risen to become founder of Never Fully Dressed, inspiring everyone to find joy in the garments we wear. Oh, and this dress certainly sparks joy: spun from pure cotton, the poplin design feels larger than life with puff sleeves and colourful stripes. Signed off with a self-tie belt at the waist, we’d finish the look off with a pair of barely-there heels and a teeny-tiny clutch.
