Exclusive to Selfridges Selection, ours is made using a one-of-a-kind – and indulgently traditional – recipe. It’s perfectly timed to be six-months-matured by the big day, so it’s ready to serve to your guests when Santa comes knocking. Bursting with tasty fruits and nuts soaked in a glug of brandy, it’s the only way to round off your feast.

Preparation Instructions
Remove outer packaging
To steam: Do not remove film lid. Place the basin in a steamer over boiling water and steam for 1hour. Ensure water does not enter the pudding. Do not allow the steamer to boil dry. To microwave: Pierce film lid and place on a microwaveable plate. Heat on full power: 750W/850W for 3 minutes. Leave to stand for 1 minute before serving. Storage Instructions
Store in a cool dry place. Keep refrigerated once opened, consume within 4 weeks
