    With its pure spring water, sweet barley and eye for innovation, it came as a surprise when a group of friends realised that Sweden had no whisky distillery back in 1999. Mackmyra changed all that, and its Mack single malt is produced at the brand’s own climate-smart Gravity Distillery. Slightly fruity with vanilla and mint notes and a spicy finish, we’re splashing it in an Old Fashioned, but it’s just as good with cola or simply ice.
